The latest European chemical legislation represents a huge challenge for the industry.

 

REACH stands for the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals. Companies that fail to conform to legislation put themselves at risk,

e.g. by not meeting deadlines or by not registering substances they may be subject to a production or import ban.
