Details
The REACH Regulation has been the authoritative basis for placing substances on the market in the European Community since 2006. The legislation regulates the registration, evaluation and authorization of substances. However, it also addresses many other obligations when placing substances, mixtures and articles on the market and communicating them in the supply chain. In addition, other processes under the REACH regulation can also affect the business of a European company. This training course is intended to give all those responsible the opportunity to recognize their obligations and the measures to be derived from them under REACH in order to enable a legally compliant and smooth business.

All employees potentially affected by the REACH Regulation from industry, trade, logistics, authorities and consulting firms. The training is aimed at people with little or no prior knowledge of the REACH Regulation.
Employees with little or no prior knowledge of the REACH Regulation can find out about the legal requirements for the first time or refresh their knowledge. After the training course, you will be able to assess whether your company has obligations under the REACH Regulation or whether the expiry of the last registration deadline has resulted in changed obligations. Due to the small number of participants (max. 10) and the open discussion, the training content is conveyed in a well-founded manner. At the end of the training, the participants receive a corresponding certificate.
