Details
In this training course, you will receive a comprehensive overview of the latest changes to the CLP Regulation (classification, labeling and packaging of substances and mixtures).
New hazard classes were already introduced in 2023. The assessments according to the new properties must be carried out for substances from May 2025 at the latest and for mixtures from May 2026.
The comprehensive revision of the regulation followed in December 2024. The amendments affect the basic provisions of the CLP Regulation and therefore also all distributors of hazardous substances. Good and targeted planning is therefore required to implement the changes within the staggered transition periods (until the end of 2026).
The new hazard classes: Endocrine disruptors, PBT/vPvB and PMT/vPvM
Special features of the classification of substances with more than one constituent (more than one constituent substances MOCs)
Amendment of the labeling regulations: Content, formatting (font sizes etc.) and digital labeling
The new classification and labeling notification (C&L notification)
Changes and clarifications to the PCN notification
Extension of information requirements on hazardous substances in advertising and online stores
