GHS: Canada Issues Part II of its Technical Guidance

At the beginning of December, the Canadian health ministry, Health Canada, published the second part of its Technical Guidance, which focuses on the dangers and classification of substances. Part I deals with classification criteria and the handling of confidential business information. We covered Part I and its background in our blog in July. The ministry wants the guidance to help corporate managers implement the GHS rules that have been in effect since last year.

We’d like to call your attention to our seminar on The New Hazard Communication Standard (USA) and Hazardous Products Regulations (Canada) Based on GHS on February 15, 2017. Please contact us at sds@kft.de.
