Details
The United States of America and Canada have transposed the GHS into national law. Due to the so-called Building Block Approach of the GHS, countries are free to apply only certain parts of the GHS. Therefore, the implementation in both countries differs from the GHS implementation under EU REACH and CLP. With this training, we want to enable all exporters to classify hazardous substances for the USA and Canada in accordance with the law and to communicate the hazards correctly.
