Waste manager

The waste management officer supports companies and plant operators as well as their employees in all matters relating to the circular economy and waste disposal. Dangerous goods officer

The Dangerous Goods Officer supports the company in complying with the obligations arising from participation in the transportation of dangerous goods in accordance with the Dangerous Goods Ordinance for Road, Rail and Inland Waterways or the Dangerous Goods Ordinance for Sea. Under the responsibility of the entrepreneur or company owner, he ensures that measures are taken and solutions found that facilitate compliance with the regulations for the transportation of dangerous goods and ensure that these are properly implemented, regardless of the mode of transport.

This applies to all companies that operate facilities subject to approval in accordance with the BImSchG, which can cause air pollution, noise or vibrations during regular operation. In certain cases, the appointment of an immission control officer can also be ordered for facilities that do not require a permit.

This applies to companies that are classified as operating areas in the upper class in accordance with the 12th BImSchV (StörfallV). In exceptional cases, the appointment of a Major Accidents Officer may also be ordered for operating areas in the lower class if the type and size of the plant suggest that a major accident could pose a risk to the general public or the neighborhood.
