Infraserv Höchst takes over KFT Chemieservice GmbH

Heraclitus of Ephesus already knew this and this still holds true 2500 years later.

Since the beginning of 2020, Infraserv GmbH & Co. Höchst KG is new owner of KFT Chemieservice GmbH. Infraserv Höchst appointed Marcus Rosenberger and Stefan Palla as managing directors of KFT Chemieservice GmbH.

As a subsidiary of the Infraserv Höchst Group, KFT Chemieservice will remain an independent chemical compliance consultant, but can draw on additional specialist support and services that were not previously part of KFT’s portfolio.
