Updated CLP Guidelines

The ECHA has just updated its guidelines on the CLP Regulation. You can download the documents here. The current version provides an overview of the obligations imposed by the CLP Regulation, especially after the transition phase for classification, labeling, and packaging according to the previous legal requirements.

You can find detailed instructions on the classification and labeling according to the criteria set forth in the CLP Regulation along with information on general considerations related to hazard classes at the ECHA Web site.
